Press shop having a 11 numbers of Mechanical presses with a capacity ranging from 10 Tons to 120 Tons. The operation in to press shop include shearing, blanking, stamping, piercing, bending, forming, drawing, deep drawing, coining, embossing and many other related operations
The machining shops at the company have a host of precision machines required for the high quality components produces. The machines include automatic, semi automatic and manual machines. The machining facilities include Drilling, Thread Rolling, Tapping, machine.
WeldingShop infrastructure includes MIG welding, Argon welding, Spot welding, Projection welding and Brazing machines. Apart from highly skilled work force used for special types of welding Weldinghas now become a specialization at the company with high quality welding and welded components.

Spot welding is a procedure in which contacting metal surfaces are brought together by the heat obtained from resistance to electric current.
Projection welding is a modification form of spot welding.In projection welding, the weld tip, penetration, pull strength and overall quality depends upon the projection in the parts to be welded.
The Company has a dedicated and highly skilled team of suppliers for Surface, Coating and Heat Treatment. The surface finishing facilities available to the company include fully computerized Tri Nickel Plating, Powder Coating, Electro Coating and Zinc Plating.
The heat treatment and related facilities include Gas carbonizing, Salt bath, Oil quenching, Water quenching, Nit riding, Sand blasting and Shot blasting.
